• Cipla’s consolidated total revenue increased by 6.84 per cent to Rs 3,604.79 crore in the quarter under review, as against Rs 3,373.91 crore in the corresponding quarter. 
• Share price is delcined by 3% nearly due to this poor perfomance.

The Board of directors meeting held on 24th May,2017 announced Q4  and year ended 31st march 2017 results of Adani Enterprises.Some Figures of that results is enclosed below

• Consolidated income from operations increased by 50% to RS.12,195 crores in Q4 17 as compared to 8,151 crores in Q4 16.
• Income from operations for the year is increased by 10% to RS.37,314 as compared to 34,008 crores in previous year
• Consolidated EBIDTA increased by 53% to 999 crores in Q4 17 as compared to 655 crores in Q4 16.
• Total Income increased to 38,056.44 crores in FY16-17 as compared to 35,130.66 crores in FY15-16.
• Profit of  FY15-16 fell by 7.45% to 925.25 crores as compared to FY 16-17.
• The board has recommended dividend of 0.40/- per equity share of face value of Re 1/- each fully paid up for FY 2016-17.
