Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd(NSE:ASAL)

  • Lotus global investment fund has bought quantity of 80,000 at RS.76.80
  • Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd(NSE:ASAL) is manufacturing sheet metal stampings, welded assemblies and modules for the automotive industry.
  • The stock has market cap of ₹ 121.97 Cr.
  • The stock is open at 72.50 at close at 76.80.

Dalmia Bharat Ltd(NSE:DALMIABHA)

  • KKR MAURITIUS CEMENT INVESTMENTS LTD sold Dalmia Bharat Ltd  quantity of 10lakh ,26 lakh and 39lakh at 2059.45,2053.02,2036.95 respectively.
  • The shares were purchased by a host of entities, including smallcap world fund inc, Birla Mutual Fund and Franklin Templeton Investment Funds. 
  • Smallcap world fund inc has bought quantity of 2759500 at 2030.13.
  • Birla Mutual Fund has bought qunatity of 870760 at rs 2050
  • Franklin Templeton Investment Funds ha bought quantity of 750547 at RS. 2050

Some background Deals about KKR and Dalmia

  • KKR has invested RS.500 cr in Dalmia Bharat subsidary named Dalmia Cement Bharat lLd in sept 2010 ,now in Jan 2016 Dalmia and KKR have signed a pact where Dalmia would acquire back the equity purchsed by KKR in sept 2010 at RS.1218 cr, which means KKR has made 2.4 times of its investment by 500 to 1218 cr.
  • Today there were many bulk deals by KKR MAURITIUS CEMENT INVESTMENTS LTD on Dalmia Bharat as in January 2016, Dalmia Bharat had announced that it signed a pact with KKR to acquire the global private equity giant's 15 per cent stake in its subsidiary Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd for over Rs 1,218 crore in a cash-and-stock deal.

Max Financial Services Ltd

  • XENOK LIMITED sold 13Lakh shares at 616.47
  • CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS MAURITIUS PRIVATE LIMITED bought 17,40,000 shares at Rs 615.
